Newark Garden Show 2021 News

In light of the recent lockdown roadmap announced by the Government, Aztec Garden Shows Ltd have no other option than to postpone the Newark Garden Show until later in the year. Following discussions with the venue the new date for this year’s event at the Newark Showground will be:

Friday 3rd – Sunday 5th September 2021

We will be in touch with all parties affected to discuss further over the following week.

Newark Garden Show 2020 News

As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to impact the event and hospitality industry, it is with a heavy heart that we have made the tough decision, not to go ahead with the Newark Garden Show in 2020.

Since the start of the Coronavirus outbreak, we have been closely monitoring guidance and advice from the Government and were hoping that we would be able to safely deliver the Newark Garden Show this year.

Although the new guidance released last week is good news for the industry that smaller outdoor events can begin to return this year, there is still no green light for larger exhibitions and trade shows, which is the category we fall under.

The safety of our exhibitors and visitors is a top priority for us and the added damage caused to confidence and finances during the pandemic would result in greatly reduced number of attendees. With the current restrictions of social distancing, we simply feel the Newark Garden Show would not offer the experience that our visitors expect or the return on investment that our exhibitors need after such an incredibly difficult year.

We are currently in the process of contacting all exhibitors who were booked in for our 2020 events to discuss options available and we are overwhelmed (and so grateful) with the support we have received, with many already committing to next year’s events. We will be in touch, however if you would like to contact us, please call 01702 549623 and speak to Daphne.

We are optimistic that the industry will recover and return stronger and we are delighted to confirm the dates for next year’s Newark Garden Show, which will take place on 23rd, 24th and 25th April 2021.
