Special Guest Adam Frost

We’re delighted to announce that TV Gardener Adam Frost will be our special guest at the Newark Garden Show on Friday 24th April 2026.

Adam Frost is an award-winning British garden designer and presenter on Gardeners’ World.

After winning seven gold medals at Chelsea, he regularly presents the BBC’s coverage of the RHS Flower Shows and has featured on The One Show, DIY SOS and The Alan Titchmarsh Show. He also hosts the Gardener’s World Podcast ‘Adam Frost Grows and Cooks’ and runs his own garden design and landscape business.

He is also passionate about the relationship between gardening and mental health, and has openly discussed how gardening improved his life, well-being and mental health significantly.

Adam will be at the show on Friday to welcome visitors and in the gardening talks area.
