Covid Safety Plan

AZTEC EVENTS are working hard to keep our visitors safe when visiting our shows and the following measures are now being carried out.

Please familiarise yourself with the following and always check the Government’s current guidelines before leaving home:-

Social Distancing

We will monitor the number of visitors throughout the day and take action, where appropriate, by restricting/regulating the flow of visitors to comply with the current social distancing rules.

Please look out for our new Covid signage and help us keep you safe by adhering to the requests as these are measures put in place for all our benefits. Look out for any one-way systems in places that are known for crowding so we can avoid this happening.

E-ticketing is the preferred option when gaining entry to the show as this enables us to keep people moving quickly to avoid large crowds gathering but where this is inevitable, we do ask that you do observe the current social distancing measures.

The show layout has been addressed and wider aisles have been put in where needed.

Cleaning & Personal Protection

Hand sanitising stations will be located at the entrance to the show and we do ask that you use these before entering the show.

Toilets provided at the show will be cleaned regularly in line with Government advice.

Face coverings are required by staff, exhibitors and guests in any indoor areas. We recommend that you bring a mask, even if the event is mainly outdoors, for your own comfort and safety.

Health Checks

If you are experiencing symptoms connected with Coronavirus (Covid-19) and feel unwell then please refrain from attending the show. Any member of the public clearly displaying such symptoms will be refused entry.

Any member of staff displaying symptoms connected with Coronavirus (Covid-19) will be sent home immediately to isolate in accordance with Government guidelines.
